• Tên hiển thị bạn nhập trong sản phẩm, nếu có.
• Email, nếu bạn chủ động cung cấp để nhận lại hồ sơ hoặc gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ.
• Mã LP và metadata cần thiết để hỗ trợ luồng lời mời riêng.
• Dữ liệu thiết bị, phiên, chống abuse, và analytics tối thiểu phục vụ vận hành.
• Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu bạn gửi qua form riêng.

2. Mục đích xử lý

• Tạo và hiển thị hồ sơ tình yêu dựa trên phản hồi bạn đã gửi.
• Hỗ trợ private invite loop và kiểm tra mã LP hợp lệ.
• Giảm abuse, spam và lỗi vận hành trong giai đoạn ra mắt.
• Đọc aggregate metrics để cải thiện sản phẩm mà không cần hiển thị dữ liệu định danh trong dashboard.

3. Lưu giữ và xóa

Dữ liệu được lưu tối đa 12 tháng kể từ lần hoạt động cuối, sau đó có thể được tự động xóa. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa sớm bất kỳ lúc nào qua Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu hoặc hello@yourloveprofile.com. Yêu cầu về quyền riêng tư và xóa dữ liệu thường được phản hồi trong 72 giờ vào ngày làm việc.

4. Giới hạn diễn giải

Love Profile lấy cảm hứng từ Lý thuyết gắn bó (Attachment Theory), Thuyết tam giác tình yêu của Sternberg (Sternberg's Triangular Theory of Love), các love-style framework và nghiên cứu liên quan về mô thức cảm xúc. Đây không phải công cụ chẩn đoán y tế hay tâm lý lâm sàng.

1. Data that may be processed

• Quiz responses and result data needed to generate your profile.
• The display name you enter in the product, if any.
• Email, if you voluntarily provide it to recover your profile or request support.
• LP code and metadata needed to support the private invite flow.
• Device, session, anti-abuse, and minimum operational analytics data.
• Deletion requests submitted through the dedicated form.

2. Purpose of processing

• Generate and display your love profile based on submitted responses.
• Support the private invite loop and validate LP codes.
• Reduce abuse, spam, and operational errors during launch.
• Read aggregate metrics to improve the product without displaying identifying data in the dashboard.

3. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for up to 12 months from your last activity, then may be automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion through Data Deletion Request or hello@yourloveprofile.com. Privacy and deletion requests are normally answered within 72 hours on business days.

4. Interpretation limits

Love Profile is inspired by Attachment Theory, Sternberg's Triangular Theory of Love, love-style frameworks, and related research on emotional patterns. It is not a medical or clinical psychological diagnostic tool.
